-Herzlich Willkommen im Mathematik-Studium! [[fsr:mitglieder|Wir]] sind euer Fachschaftsrat (kurz: FSR) und wir sind Studierende aus ganz unterschiedlichen Semestern der Mathematik. Wir sind eure Vertretung in verschiedenen Hochschulgremien und eine gute Anlaufstelle bei Fragen und Problemen rund um das Studium.+Hier kommen irgendwann Infos zur Erstsemestereinführung vorm Studienstart im September 2026.

-Die Ersemestereinführungswoche, kurz: ESE, ist eine Woche voller Veranstaltungen die spezifisch dafür da sind Komilliton*innen und den Campus kennen zu lernen. \\ Die ESE findet ungefähr eine Woche vor dem Beginn der Lehrveranstaltungen statt, in 2025 also **vom 1. Oktober  bis zum 12. Oktober.**  \\

-Die ESE soll eine tolle Woche für alle Teilnehmenden werden. Um das zu gewährleisten haben wir ein Awareness-Konzept und ein Awareness-Team. \\ 
-auf den Veranstaltungen unserer ESE legen wir Wert auf den respektvollen und rücksichtsvollen Umgang miteinander.\\ 
-Wir positionieren uns klar gegen jede Form der Diskriminierung. Rassismus, Sexismus, Homo- und Transfeindlichkeit und Ableismus haben hier keinen Platz.\\ 
-Die Grenzen anderer sind zu respektieren Vorallem soll niemand dazu gedrängt werden Alkohol zu trinken.\\ 
-Es gilt das Prinzip von Aktiv-Konsent, nur ja heißt ja!\\ 
-Jeder hat unterschiedlich viel soziale Energie, achtet auf euch :).\\ 
-Wir haben ein Awareness-Team. Ihr könnt jederzeit auf uns zukommen.\\ 
-Auf jeder Veranstaltung ist mindestens eine Person des Teams anwesend. Uns erkennt ihr an unseren lila Westen.\\ 
-Wir sind für euch da, falls ihr Diskriminierung oder Gewalt erfahren habt, aber auch wenn ihr euch einfach unwohl fühlt. Wir können euch helfen und euch einen Rückzugsort anbieten.

-Selbst im binären System hat die Sichtbarkeit und Möglichkeit der Teilhabe von Frauen in der Physik und Mathematik noch einen weiten Weg vor sich und ist stark umkämpft. 
- 
-Trans-, inter-, agender- und nicht binäre Menschen (TINA*-Personen) bleiben darüber hinaus weiterhin fast vollständig unsichtbar. Wenn ihr euch also nicht in der cisgeschlechtlichen binären Ordnung wiederfindet, sehen wir uns hoffentlich bald bei einem unserer Treffen. Denn ihr seid nicht allein und nur so kommen wir gegen Gefühle von Vereinzelung an. 
- 
-Deswegen veranstalten wir als FSRe Mathematik und Physik ein Treffen für 
-agender, nicht binäre, trans und intersex Personen (TINA* als Akronym) als Teil der ESE. Natürlich sind auch alle gemeint, die sich nicht mit diesen Labeln identifizieren können. Zusammen möchten wir uns kennenlernen bei Getränken, Essen und Snacks durch Spiel und entspannte Gespräche.

-Unsere ESEn sollen für alle einen Raum bieten in dem sie sich wohl und willkommen fühlen.
